Pfizer and Moderna sued by San Diego researchers over allegedly stolen mRNA tech

In complaints filed on Tuesday, Moderna, Pfizer, and BioNTech are being accused of stealing a patented method developed by researchers at The Scripps Research Institute in San Diego that allowed for the creation of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Texas Attorney General launches probe into COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers

Pharmaceutical companies Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson are the subjects of an inquiry by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton investigating whether the COVID-19 vaccine suppliers conducted gain-of-function research and deceived the public about them.
