Marine veteran faces charges over subway death

Daniel Penny, the Marine veteran who placed Jordan Neely in a chokehold, which resulted in the death of Neely, has turned himself in to authorities and faces one count of manslaughter charge.

Supreme Court throws out convictions in NY corruption scandals

The Supreme Court has sided with Joseph Percoco, a former adviser to former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who said on Thursday that a federal anti-bribery statute should not have been applied to imprison him.
