United Airlines seeks to end lawsuit over windowless ‘window seats’

United Airlines has asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit claiming it unfairly charged passengers extra money to sit in “window seats” that, to their surprise, lacked windows.

Lenny Wilkens, a three-time inductee into the Basketball Hall of Fame who was enshrined as both a player and a coach, has died, his family said Sunday.
