Man arrested in Maryland for shooting three people

Police arrested a man named Charles Robert Smith on Monday after he shot three men and wounded three others in Annapolis, Maryland, officials reported.

The suspect in connection with a deadly shooting outside a high school graduation ceremony in Virginia is facing two murder charges.

A Texas man who was previously convicted of murder, faces two new charges after calling police and turning himself in.
