Judge Postpones Decision On Overturning Trump’s Conviction In Hush Money Case

The judge overseeing President-elect Donald Trump’s hush money trial is postponing a decision on whether to undo his conviction, due to a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.

Jim Jordan Threatens To Subpoena N.Y. Attorney General In Relation To Prosecutor Matthew Colangelo

In order to obtain information regarding a senior prosecutor in the Manhattan hush money trial of former President Donald Trump, House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) is now threatening to subpoena Attorney General Letitia James.

A Manhattan prosecutor who is managing the so-called “hush money” case against former United States President Donald Trump was previously a political strategist in 2018 for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and he once contributed to former Democrat President Barack Obama as well.
