Swalwell sues Trump’s FHFA Director following criminal mortgage fraud referral, claiming D.C. residence belongs to his wife

California Democrat Representative Eric Swalwell filed a federal civil lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against William (Bill) Pulte, the Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) in the Trump administration.

Rep. Eric Swalwell faces mortgage fraud criminal referral from DOJ

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has reportedly made a criminal referral for United States Representative Eric Swalwell, accusing him of mortgage fraud.
