Tesla recalls 2 million US vehicles over lack of Autopilot safeguards

Tesla is recalling just over two million vehicles in the United States fitted with its Autopilot advanced driver-assistance system to install new safeguards.

Over 20 people have died after a city bus transporting tourists and locals to a campground fell off of a bridge and caught fire near Venice in northern Italy.
