Judge Temporarily Blocks Texas AG, Hindering Probe into Nonprofit ‘Supporting Trans Minors’

The office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was blocked from requesting information and records from PFLAG. PFLAG is a national group that aids LGBTQ individuals, particularly adolescents with gender dysphoria who are seeking “gender-affirming care.”
