Utah Senator Mitt Romney says President Joe Biden should have pardoned his predecessor before the Department of Justice (DOJ) began prosecuting him.

A Manhattan prosecutor who is managing the so-called “hush money” case against former United States President Donald Trump was previously a political strategist in 2018 for the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and he once contributed to former Democrat President Barack Obama as well.

Hush Money Trial: 500+ New Yorkers Considered as Jurors; Trump to Know Names of Chosen, Public Won’t

Notices were recently sent to several hundred residents of Manhattan, asking them to appear at the borough’s criminal court on April 15th. Unbeknownst to them, they are being considered as potential jurors in one of the most prominent criminal trials in U.S. history.

Judge In Trump Hush Money Case Schedules Trial Date, Denying Request For Delay

Judge Juan Merchan issued a ruling on Monday, denying former United States President Donald Trump’s inquiry for an extra postponement. The trial over the hush payment to former porn star Stormy Daniels will start on April 15th and jury selection will begin on the same day.
