A Missouri high school athlete died at 18-years-old after collapsing at the finish line of a half marathon.

Runner Dies After Collapsing At Finish Line Of Halloween Half Marathon At Disneyland

A runner died suddenly after crossing the finish line at Disneyland’s Halloween Half Marathon, with theories circulating that the California “heat wave” was to blame.

China revokes win for He Jie after investigation into half marathon

All trophies, medals and bonuses will be withdrawn and the athletes will be reported to the Chinese Athletics Association.
