Noem says Mamdani could be violating the Constitution, cites Mayor-elect’s video teaching illegals how to evade federal law enforcement

Amid ongoing lawsuits and other tensions between federal immigration authorities and disruptive left-wing leaders, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem suggested on Monday that New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani already potentially “violated the Constitution.”

Trump: Democrat lawmakers urging U.S. service members to defy ‘illegal orders’ are ‘traitors’ who should face trial for ‘SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR’

In a Thursday post on Truth Social, President Donald Trump branded six Democrat lawmakers as “traitors” for releasing a video on Tuesday that seemingly urged the U.S. military and intelligence community to defy orders from his administration. He demanded that the Democrats be “ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL.”
