Pro Defund-The-Police Cori Bush Campaign Funds Husband’s Private Security

Missouri Democrat Representative Cori Bush’s campaign paid tens of thousands of dollars to her husband, Cortney Merritts, for private security and other expenditures during the first half of 2023, according to campaign filings acquired by the press.

NYC To Pay $13M To 2020 Protesters

The city of New York has consented to pay over $13 million in a settlement of a civil rights lawsuit on behalf of around 1,300 people who had police encounters in the summer of 2020.
