SCOTUS issues ruling on Tennessee’s ban on ‘gender-transition treatments’ for children, while Justice Thomas makes notable statement

The Supreme Court, in a 6–3 decision issued on Wednesday, upheld a Tennessee law restricting certain medical treatments for gender dysphoric children, finding that the statute does not constitute unlawful discrimination.

Doctor ‘Postpones’ $10M Study Publication After Findings Show No Mental Health Improvement for Trans Kids on Puberty Blockers
