Ohio Legislators Override DeWine Veto Of Trans Medical Treatment Ban, Ban On Trans Athletes

On Wednesday, the Ohio Senate overrode Republican Governor Mike DeWine’s veto of a bill that would have prohibited biological men and boys who identify as transgender women and girls from participating on female school sports teams. It also prohibited “gender-affirming medical treatments” for minors.

Doctor says dissenting voices of “gender-affirming care” are being silenced

Doctor Miriam Grossman recently testified before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce’s Subcommittee on Health and said organizations who have endorsed so called “gender-affirming care” are rife with politics and have pressured dissenting voices

Louisiana House passes bill banning sex reassignment surgery for minors

The Louisiana House of Representatives has approved a bill on Tuesday that would forbid providing sex reassignment medical care to minors, following the lead of other Republican-controlled state legislatures around the nation.
