DOT Secy. Duffy: U.S. states that fail to enforce English Proficiency test for commercial drivers will lose federal funding

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced that U.S. states that do not comply with English Language Proficiency (ELP) test requirements for commercial drivers will face federal funding cuts. The announcement follows an August 12th incident, when an illegal alien from India caused a crash that killed 3 Americans.

Trump admin approves ‘Alligator Alcatraz’ illegal alien detention facility in Florida Everglades

The Trump administration approved the construction of a new Florida detention center for illegal immigrants awaiting deportation near the Florida Everglades, dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.”

Florida Attorney General sues Biden administration to stop mass release of migrants as Title 42 comes to an end

According to Fox News, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody has filed for a temporary restraining order to stop the mass release of migrants into the United States along the southern border.
