Trump resubmits $15B defamation lawsuit against NY Times after judge rejects ‘improper’ first filing

President Donald Trump has refiled a $15 billion defamation lawsuit against The New York Times after a judge dismissed the first filing for being lengthy and “improper.”

Jack Smith Requests Gag Order On Trump

The judge presiding over Donald Trump’s Florida classified materials case has been asked to place a gag order on the 45th president.
