Judge dismisses indictments against Letitia James and James Comey

A federal judge in South Carolina dismissed criminal indictments on Monday against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, arguing that the appointment of interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan was invalid.

Patel: 2 Chinese nationals have been charged with smuggling ‘dangerous biological pathogen’ into U.S.

FBI Director Kash Patel announced that two Chinese nationals have been formally charged following allegations that they smuggled a “dangerous biological pathogen” into the United States, allegedly with the intent to conduct research at a University of Michigan laboratory.
