Hundreds Of Flights Delayed At Atlanta Airport On Mother’s Day Due To ‘Runway Equipment Issue’

Hundreds of flights were delayed on Mother’s Day at one of the world’s busiest airports in Atlanta due to a “runway equipment issue,” stemming from an outage, according to FAA officials.

President Donald Trump applauded his administration’s efforts to revamp the U.S. air traffic control system, as the Department of Transportation unveiled its new three-year plan to build a brand-new, “state-of-the-art” system on Thursday.

Transportation Secretary Duffy Investigates Allegations Of ‘DEI-Linked’ Cheating In FAA Exams
