TikTok has signed agreements with three major investors — Oracle, Silver Lake and MGX — to form a new TikTok U.S. joint venture.

Trump signs EO to expedite marijuana rescheduling to Schedule III, stops short of full legalization

President Donald Trump signed an executive order directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to pursue and expedite the potential rescheduling of marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III — a major shift in federal drug policy by advancing a process that could lead to federal recognition of the drug’s medicinal qualities.

The United States Supreme Court has announced that it will hear arguments in the case surrounding birthright citizenship, deciding if President Donald Trump can end birthright citizenship for children born to illegal alien parents in the United States.
