19 Democrat-led states sue RFK Jr.’s HHS over proposed restrictions to transgender medical treatments for minors

A coalition of 19 Democrat-led U.S. states, along with Washington, D.C., filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) over the agency’s recent declaration announcing an effort to ban “transgender medical care” for minors.

Trump signs EO to expedite marijuana rescheduling to Schedule III, stops short of full legalization

President Donald Trump signed an executive order directing Attorney General Pam Bondi to pursue and expedite the potential rescheduling of marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III — a major shift in federal drug policy by advancing a process that could lead to federal recognition of the drug’s medicinal qualities.
