Appeals court upholds $83.3M ruling in E. Jean Carroll defamation case against Trump

A federal appeals court upheld the $88.3 million judgement imposed on President Donald Trump in regards to a defamation verdict of writer E. Jean Carroll.

Trump Vows To Pardon Devon Archer, Ex-Business Partner Of Hunter Biden

Devon Archer, an impeachment witness and the ex-business partner of former first son Hunter Biden, was singled out by the Biden family, according to President Donald Trump — who has now vowed to pardon him.

Mike Johnson Says House Will File Lawsuit Against DOJ Next Week For Biden-Hur Audio Tapes

The House Judiciary Committee intends to file a lawsuit, according to Speaker Mike Johnson, in order to forcibly prompt Attorney General Merrick Garland to produce the audio recordings of President Joe Biden’s meeting with special counsel Robert Hur.
