Federal Judge Rejects Trump Admin’s Ban On Transgenders Serving In The Military

A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration’s effort to prohibit transgender individuals, those with gender dysphoria, from enlisting in the military—a policy that was scheduled to take effect on Friday.

Trump Administration Pauses $175M In UPenn Funding Over Transgender Athlete Policy

The Trump administration announced that it’s freezing $175 million in taxpayer funding for the University of Pennsylvania for defying the president’s executive action and continuing to let transgender athletes compete in women’s sports.

Pentagon Orders Removal Of Transgender Troops Within 60 Days

The Pentagon has ordered all transgender military service members to be removed from the military, unless they are granted a waiver showing they’re fit for “warfighting capabilities.”
