South Korea: Officials Request Arrest Warrant For Impeached President Yoon Following Martial Law Fiasco

South Korean law enforcement officials requested a court issued warrant on Monday for impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol, in an attempt to detain the former president while investigating whether his December 3rd martial law decree was an abuse of authority — amounting to rebellion.

Judge Orders Virginia To Reinstate 1,600 Voters Who Were Removed In Non-citizens Program

A federal judge ordered Virginia on Friday to restore voter registration rolls for just over 1,600 people who were removed under Governor Glenn Youngkin’s executive order, which aimed to disqualify noncitizens from participating in the election.

Judge Rules Kaylee Gain Attack Suspect Will Be Tried As Juvenile

A judge has ruled that the teen accused of beating her classmate Kaylee Gain and sending her into a coma will not be charged as an adult.
