Report: Special Counsel Jack Smith To Retire Before Trump Takes Presidency

Special Counsel Jack Smith is reportedly running through hurdles to finalize whatever work he has left, in order to retire before President-elect Donald Trump takes back the White House in January, denying the 47th president the chance to fire him.

Melania Trump Declines White House Meeting With Jill Biden, Citing Mar-A-Lago Raid

Melania Trump declined an offer to visit the White House on Wednesday in order to meet with Jill Biden, citing the Biden administration’s raid on Mar-a-Lago as part of the federal government’s investigation into classified documents.

Jack Smith Appeals Judge Cannon’s Dismissal Of Classified Docs Case

Special Counsel Jack Smith filed an appeal Monday, urging a federal appeals court to reinstate the criminal case charging former President Trump with concealing classified documents and obstructing a federal investigation.
