Trump Unveils 90-Day Tariff Pause For Most Nations, Boosts Tariffs On China To 125%

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump announced his plan to enact reciprocal tariffs will be paused for 90 days in order to negotiate trade with dozens of countries. However, China will not be included in the pause due to a “lack of respect.”

China Hits U.S. Imports With 84% Retaliatory Tariffs In Escalating Trade War

As the trade war continues China implemented an additional 84% tariff on its levies on U.S. imports.

Trump Warns Of Additional 50% Tariff If China Maintains Retaliatory Measures

As the tariff war continues President Donald Trump threatened to slap China Monday with an additional 50% tariff if the country doesn’t lower its 34% retaliatory tariff on the U.S. by Tuesday.
