At Least 157 Dead, 180 Injured In Nepal Earthquake, Death Toll Expected To Rise

A 5.6 magnitude earthquake and a 4.0 magnitude aftershock has hit Northwestern Nepal leaving at least 157 people dead so far.

China And The U.S. To Discuss Nuclear Arms

The United States is now preparing for rare discussions on nuclear arms control with China, marking the first such talks since Barack Obama was in office in 2009.
