Trump: Tim Cook Moving Apple Manufacturing From Mexico To The U.S.

President Donald Trump told a group of governors that Apple CEO Tim Cook promised him that the company’s manufacturing would shift from Mexico to the U.S. during a meeting at the White House on Friday.

U.S. Faces Retaliation From China As Trade War Sparks Long-Term Growth Potential

China is retaliating against President Trump’s new 10-percent tariffs on Chinese imports by imposing its own tariffs on U.S. goods, including 15 percent on coal and gas, 10 percent on oil, farm equipment, and cars, effective next Monday.
