The U.S. Army private who ran across the South Korean border into North Korea announced he will plead guilty to desertion and assault as part of a plea deal, according to his lawyer.

New York County Passes Law Banning Mask-Wearing In Public

A New York county has passed a controversial bill banning masks in public. The law makes wearing a mask a misdemeanor, which could carry a fine of up to $1,000 or even result in a one-year jail sentence.
