Defense Sec. Austin Back In Hospital For Bladder Issue, In Critical Care Unit

After being hospitalized once, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has been placed back in the hospital at Walter Reed for an “emergent bladder issue,” and has transferred his duties to the deputy defense secretary, according to Pentagon officials.

U.S. Appeals Court Rules Trump Is Not Immune From Prosecution In 2020 Election Interference Case

A federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump can face trial on charges that he had plans to overturn the results of the 2020 election, which rejects the 45th president’s claims that he is immune from prosecution.
