Commissioner touts ‘very broad powers’ as NBA looks into Clippers

After a report surfaced alleging Los Angeles Clippers owner Steve Ballmer tried to circumvent NBA salary-cap rules, commissioner Adam Silver stated he will exercise his “very broad powers.”
