Trump 14th Amendment Ballot Challenger, Failed GOP Contender Arrested On Federal Tax Fraud Charges

John Anthony Castro, a Republican candidate from Texas who unsuccessfully attempted to run for presidential office in 2024 and who has been campaigning to have former President Donald Trump disqualified from the ballot on the grounds of the 14th Amendment’s “insurrection clause,” was arrested on charges of federal tax fraud on Tuesday.

Trump Appeals Colorado Disqualification, Asks SCOTUS To Overrule Ruling

45th President Donald J. Trump’s legal team has filed an appeal to the United States Supreme Court to overturn the Colorado Supreme Court ruling removing the former president from the state’s GOP primary ballot.

Trump Removed From Presidential Ballot In Maine

On Thursday, Maine became the second state in the nation to prohibit 45th President Donald Trump from competing in the primary.

Colorado Secretary of State: Trump Will Remain On Ballot For Now

Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold has announced that for the time being she will include 45th President Donald J. Trump on the Colorado GOP primary ballot.
