Germany: Afghan ‘Asylum-Seeker’ With Criminal Rap Sheet Rams Car Into Crowd, Injuring At Least 28

A 24-year-old Afghan national drove his car through a large crowd in Munich on Thursday, injuring at least 28 people. German authorities described the incident as a “suspected attack,” noting that the suspect has “an extremist background.”

The Justice Department has announced that an Afghanistan citizen residing in the United States has been arrested for conspiring an Election Day terrorist attack in the United States. The suspect planned to conduct the attack on behalf of ISIS.
