A Georgia judge has rejected former President Donald Trump’s bid to dismiss the charges filed against him in the 2020 presidential election case.

U.S. Appeals Court Rules Trump Is Not Immune From Prosecution In 2020 Election Interference Case

A federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that former President Donald Trump can face trial on charges that he had plans to overturn the results of the 2020 election, which rejects the 45th president’s claims that he is immune from prosecution.

House Judiciary Committee Reveals How Govt Worked To Censor Americans Before 2020 Election

A number of communications detailed in a report by the House Judiciary Committee indicated that officials at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) helped to form a “disinformation” group at Stanford University that worked to “censor” the speech of Americans before the 2020 presidential election.

Judge Delays Trial For Trump And Other Defendants In Georgia 2020 Election Prosecution

Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee ruled on Thursday that former President Donald Trump and 16 other defendants will not have to go to trial in October but two other defendants charged over the alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia will.
