Farrell: judge rules Babbitt wrongful death case will proceed

Judicial Watch Director of Investigations Chris Farrell tells One America News that a wrongful death lawsuit on behalf of j6 victim Ashli Babbitt’s family has reached a major milestone with a federal judge’s ruling that the case can move forward.
