SCOTUS Investigates How N.Y. Inhibited Insurers From Working With NRA

The National Rifle Association (NRA) filed a First Amendment appeal with the Supreme Court on Monday. The appeal was directed at a New York financial regulator who had purportedly convinced banks and insurance companies to cut ties with the gun rights organization.

State Department: Over 30 Americans Evacuated Haiti On U.S. Charter Flight

Former President Donald Trump has officially filed a defamation lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos, claiming his reputation was defamed by the anchor multiple times on-air when he said that Trump had been found liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll.
