SCOTUS makes ruling in Moore V. Harper

The U.S. Supreme Court issued a major ruling in Moore v. Harper. It’s a case from North Carolina dealing with congressional election maps. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke about the ruling with Mitch Kokai, senior political analyst at the John Locke Foundation.
