Elizabeth Tsurkov, a Princeton PhD student, was kidnapped in Iraq in March 2023 by Kata’ib Hezbollah, an Iran-backed militia. Independent journalist Eve Barlow has been raising awareness as Tsurkov’s family has renewed hope that the Trump Administration will help bring her home. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke with Barlow.
