Lawyers Go After LAUSD For Legal Fees Fighting Proposed COVID Vaccine Requirement For Students

LAUSD’s COVID-19 vaccine requirement for students never went into effect, but not without legal challenges. On January 10, 2024, lawyers went to court to recoup legal fees incurred fighting the proposed mandate. The judge denied the motion.
