GOP bill to repeal mortgage rate hike for homebuyers with good credit scores

Biden’s new federal housing rule will mandate homebuyers with good credit scores to pay higher mortgage rates and fees, all in effort to subsidize homebuyers with riskier credit. Meanwhile, House Republicans are trying to stop it. One America’s Stella Escobedo spoke with Derrick Evens, a financial expert, about what this means for homebuyers.
