Fitton: Grand Jury summons was ‘prosecutorial abuse’ due to questions of Trump probe

Judicial Watch President, Tom Fitton, uses the term ‘prosecutorial abuse’ to describe the experience he had when he was compelled to testify before a grand jury as a witness in the investigation of President Trump led by Jack Smith, who has brought an indictment against against the former president.
