California has quietly repealed the controversial medical misinformation law that targeted doctors, disciplining them for contradicting the state’s COVID-19 narrative and deeming it as misinformation. The repeal of AB 2098 was part of Senate Bill 815, which passed with strong support. Congressman Kevin Kiley weighs in.
