Balboa Island Ferry in California Could Close Due to State Regulations

The Balboa Island Ferry is a staple for Newport Beach, California residents and tourists who visit the area. However, the California Air Resources Board implemented new regulations in December, requiring commercial harbor craft to convert to zero-emission engines by 2026. One America’s Stephanie Myers speaks with the President of Balboa Island Ferry, Seymour Beek, to get his take on the matter and the repercussions.
