FBI Investigating Suspicious Letters Containing ‘Unknown Substance’ Sent To State Election Officials

The FBI and U.S. Postal Inspection Service are now investigating a series of “suspicious” letters, with some containing a mysterious substance, that were sent to election officials across the country, according to the agencies that made the announcement on Tuesday.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) trial has begun, with the agency continuing its push to block Kroger’s merger with Albertsons, alleging that the merger would “hurt customers and undermine competition” in the grocery store industry.
