19 Democrat-led states sue RFK Jr.’s HHS over proposed restrictions to transgender medical treatments for minors

A coalition of 19 Democrat-led U.S. states, along with Washington, D.C., filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) over the agency’s recent declaration announcing an effort to ban “transgender medical care” for minors.

US regulators approve Wegovy pill for weight loss

Coalition of Democrat-run states sue Trump admin over lapse in SNAP funding

Dozens of Democrat-run states have sued the Trump administration for refusing to utilize the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program’s (SNAP) contingency funds to issue food benefits during the government shutdown.

Wisconsin’s DOJ seeks stay after judge orders U.S. citizenship verification for voter registrations

After a Wisconsin judge mandated an Elections Commission to verify the U.S. citizenship of all registered voters and new registrants by February 2026, the state’s Department of Justice requested a stay on the order — arguing it would require significant changes to the registration system and could disrupt voter rights.
