Florida 12-year-old Bruhat Soma Wins 96th Scripps National Spelling Bee

12-year-old Bruhat Soma of Florida won the 96th annual Scripps National Spelling Bee on Thursday night after defeating all seven other finalists and beating his final competitor in the competition’s second-ever spell-off.

JP Morgan Settles $75M Epstein Sex-Trafficking Lawsuit

JPMorgan Chase has reached a settlement with the U.S. Virgin Islands and former executive Jes Stanley. The lawsuit alleged that the bank was aware, helped, and even benefited from Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking of minors.
