New legal recommendations backed by U.N. normalizes pedophilia, angry critics allege

A concerning report published last month by international legal experts with support from the United Nations (U.N.) seems to widen the door for the acceptance of sex with minors.

North Korea fires off new ballistic missile, prompting Japanese evacuation warning

According to a South Korean military official, the North Korean launch that prompted Japanese residents of its northernmost main island to “evacuate immediately” may have featured a “new type of ballistic missile.”

U.S. classifies WSJ reporter as ‘wrongfully detained’ by Russia

A United States government initiative to put pressure on Russia to release Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reporter Evan Gershkovich was launched on Monday, when the State Department declared him to have been “wrongfully detained” after his arrest by Russian security forces last month.

Hungarian Parliament approves Finland’s NATO bid

After months of delays, Finland’s NATO application has finally been approved by the Hungarian Parliament on Monday, moving the Nordic nation closer to attaining membership in the Western military alliance.
