Turkey Submits Sweden’s Bid For NATO Membership To Parliament

Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the president of Turkey, submitted the last remaining legislation for the country of Sweden to become a part of NATO.

U.S. Researcher Rescued From Cave In Turkey After Being Trapped For Days

On Monday, American researcher Mark Dickey was rescued out of a cave in Turkey after a whole week of being trapped. Officials say that he had become very ill and was too frail to make his own way out.

Turkey announces support for Sweden’s NATO bid

Turkey agreed to support Sweden’s bid to join NATO on Monday after months of opposition, according to NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg.
