Senate Passes $883.7B Defense Bill With 5.2% Pay Raise For Service Members

A typically bipartisan endeavor became polarized when the Senate approved a defense policy bill on Wednesday that authorizes the largest pay increase for troops in over 20 years while simultaneously eliminating many of the policy goals that conservatives had been demanding.

Pentagon To Send 300 Troops To The Middle East

The United States is sending more troops to the Middle East amid heightened tensions in the region.

Biden Admin Sending 800 Additional Troops to Border

According to the White House and Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Biden Administration will be deploying an additional 800 troops to the southern border to help with the growing immigration issue, along with other methods to increase border enforcement.
