David DePape’s legal team seeks to move trial from San Francisco

Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul, was reportedly beaten with a hammer last year during a home invasion in San Francisco, California. David DePape, a “hemp jewelry maker” originally from Powell River, British Columbia, was arrested on October 28th in connection with the unsuspecting attack.

Judge Denies Trump Of New Trial in E. Jean Carrol Case

A federal judge denied 45th President Donald Trump’s plea for a new trial in the civil lawsuit brought by E. Jean Carroll in which a jury found him liable for battery and slandering the author which resulted in him having to pay her $5 million in damages.
