Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender content creator who rose to fame on the TikTok app and in the Broadway production of “The Book of Mormon,” is planning a college speaking tour and will reportedly charge up to $40,000 to lecture on themes such as “female empowerment.”

Miss Italy Beauty Pageant Bans Biological Males From Competing
