Wall Street strengthens as Big Tech bounces back and oil prices ease

Wall Street is strengthening as tech stocks bounce back following an encouraging report from a Taiwanese chip giant and as oil prices ease sharply.

The move follows the complete shutdown of telecommunications and internet access to Iran’s 85 million people.
